桂枝茯苓胶囊国内研究进展的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of research progress of Guizhi Fuling capsules

目的从文献计量学角度分析桂枝茯苓胶囊的国内研究进展、热点及发展趋势。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库,运用文献计量学的方法,对纳入文献的发表数量、期刊来源、地区、作者及关键词等主要指标等进行统计分析。结果共纳入1433篇论文。其中2017年桂枝茯苓胶囊期刊论文最多为114篇,研究论文发表数量最多的单位为江苏康缘药业股份有限公司。《现代中西医结合杂志》刊文量最多(40篇),以第一作者发文量最多的省份为江苏省(198篇),以王振中及萧伟为核心的作者团队较为突出,研究疾病主要集中于治疗子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、慢性盆腔炎及卵巢囊肿等妇科疾病,桂枝茯苓胶囊存在超适应症用药的现象。近2年,桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗“子宫腺肌症”的研究较活跃,且在关注有效性的同时也注意用药的安全性,米非司酮在已发表文献中出现频最高,期刊论文以临床疗效观察性研究为主,关于桂枝茯苓胶囊的临床作用机制研究中文期刊论文数量发表较少。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊国内研究主要集中于临床疗效观察性研究,作用机制方面的研究有待加强。

Objective To highlight the progress,research status and development trend of Guizhi Fuling capsules by bibliometric analysis.Methods The published relevant literature on Guizhi Fuling capsules was derived from CNKI database,indicators including publication numbers,journals,area,the authors and keywords of the published literature were analyzed by Citespace software.Results A total of 1433 literature were analyzed.Maximum number of literature were published in 2017(114),the outstanding department,journal and province were Jiangsu Kanion Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.,Modern Journal of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(40)and Jiangsu province(198),respectively.The research team led by Wang Zhen-zhong and Xiao Wei were more prominent.The published study mainly focused on gynaecological disorders such as hysteromyoma,endometriosis uterina,pelvic inflammation,and oophoritic cyst,etc.There exists off-label use of Guizhi Fuling capsules in clinical therapy.It is active for Guizhi Fuling capsules in adenomyosis treatment.And the therapeutic effect and safety of Guizhi Fuling capsules were concerned at the same time.Mifepristone showed higher frequency than other western medicines.A major part of studies were clinical observation studies,while the number of studies on the mechanism of Guizhi Fuling capsules is less.Conclusion The published study mainly focused on clinical observation studies,the experimental study and explore its mechanism of action need to be strengthened.
