摘要
肉豆蔻木酚素是一种从肉豆蔻科植物种仁中分离出的天然化合物,也称为Macelignan,可通过抑制小胶质细胞诱导的炎症反应,保护神经元,改善大鼠空间学习和记忆功能。本文对近些年来肉豆蔻木酚素的脑保护作用进行简要综述,为后续深入研究提供理论依据。
Macelignan is a natural compound isolated from the seed kernels of the Myristica fragrans,which can protect neurons and improve the spatial learning and memory functions of rats by inhibiting the inflammatory response induced by microglia cells.Therefore,this paper briefly reviews the cerebral protective effects of Macelignan in recent years to provide theoretical basis for further research.
