“三全育人”背景下同伴学习在中小学德育中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 同伴学习或者同伴互助学习是指通过同伴之间的互助而改善学习的一种合作学习方式。在全程育人、全员育人、全方位育人的中小学德育工作格局中,同伴学习或同伴互助具有非常重要的作用,德育工作目标、内容、路径三个方面逻辑上包含着同伴学习。因此,在中小学德育工作中,教师应该充分发挥同伴互助的育人作用,一要转变观念,二要合理分组,三要设计好活动,四要开展同伴互评,五要发挥教师积极引导作用。
