石蜡对蜡封型不饱和聚酯涂料漆膜质量的影响

Influence of Paraffin on Coating Quality of Wax Sealed Unsaturated Polyester Coatings

蜡封型不饱和聚酯涂料在交联固化过程中,石蜡扮演着表面氧气隔离剂的角色。系统地分析了石蜡的纯度、熔点等对蜡封型不饱和聚酯涂料固化质量的影响,指导蜡封型不饱和聚酯树脂涂料的制备,以及在涂料施工过程中对温度、湿度、气流等环境因素进行有效控制。

During the crosslinking and curing process of wax sealed unsaturated polyester coatings,paraffin was used as surface oxygen-isolating agent.In this paper,the influence of purity,melting point,etc.of paraffin on the curing quality of unsaturated polyester coatings was analyzed in order to guide the preparation and control the factors such as temperature,humidity and air flow during the construction process.
