浅谈客车涂装打磨室粉尘收集系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为提升客车车身表面油漆平整度,提升车身漆膜品质,喷漆前需对车身表面中涂漆及原子灰进行打磨处理,打磨过程中产生大量粉尘,不符合环保要求的同时,还会损害员工身体健康。针对公司客车车身打磨现状及结构特点,对车身表面打磨室体的送排风结构原理、送排风风量选择、常见的集尘方式,以及风机选择进行了介绍。 In order to improve the smoothness of the surface paint of the bus body and improve the quality of the paint film of the body,the middle paint and putty of the body surface need to be polished before painting.A large amount of dust is generated during the polishing process,which does not conform to the environmental protection requirements and does harm to the health of employees.According to the current situation and structural characteristics of the company’s bus body polishing,the principle of the air supply and exhaust structure,the selection of air supply and exhaust air volume,common dust collection methods and the selection of fans were introduced.
