Research on the Precise Employment Assistance System for Colleges under the Background of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

新冠肺炎疫情对高校毕业生就业产生了巨大冲击,对毕业生进行就业帮扶显得尤为重要。分析疫情对毕业生就业造成的冲击,提出构建高校精准就业帮扶体系以提高毕业生的就业率和就业质量,并从明确帮扶部门职能、弥补就业市场短板、促进人才供需精准对接、疏解毕业生就业心理压力等四个方面阐述帮扶体系构建的具体实施路径。

The COVID-19 epidemic has brought about a huge impact on college graduates for their employment,so it is particularly important to provide employment assistance for them.This paper analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the graduates employment,proposes to build an assistance system of colleges for precise employment to improve the employment efficiency and quality of graduates,and also expounds the specific implementation path of the construction of the assistance system from four aspects:clarifying the functions of the assistance departments,making up for the shortcomings in the job market,promoting the precise docking of talents supply and demand,and relieving the employment psychological pressure of graduates.
