科研企业数字化转型顶层设计研究

Research on the Top-level Design of Digital Transformation of R&D Enterprises

为应对未来世界的不确定性,企业纷纷开展数字化转型,利用数字技术提高企业的敏捷性。文中以科研企业为例,对企业数字化转型顶层设计进行了研究。基于美国国防部体系结构框架(Department of Defense Architecture Framework,DoDAF),遵循"适用于目标"的原则,从能力、业务、系统三个视角,设计了能力架构、组织架构、业务架构和系统架构,可以为企业开展顶层设计提供参考。

In order to cope with the uncertainty of the future,many enterprises have carried out digital transformation,using digital technology to improve the agility of enterprises.This article takes R&D enterprises as examples to study the top-level design of digital transformation.Based on DoDAF,following the principle of"Fit for Purpose",we design the capability architecture,organization architecture,operational architecture,and systems architecture from the capability viewpoint,operational viewpoint,and systems viewpoint,which can provide reference for the top-level design of other enterprises.
