摘要
采用聚合物接枝的方法在碳纤维表面化学接枝聚合聚丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物。探究了反应温度对接枝样品形貌以及界面改性效果的影响。试验表明:当接枝温度为45℃时,碳纤维表面生成了一层表面粗糙、覆盖均匀的聚合物层,纤维各项性能最佳;纤维的表面能大幅度提升,由37.45 m/Nm增加到110.16 m/Nm,提高幅度为194.15%;同时,样品与环氧树脂间的界面结合性能最佳,改性后纤维与环氧树脂间的界面剪切性能由56.45 MPa提高至111.36 MPa,提高了97%。
Polyacrylamide-ethyl acrylate copolymer is grafted on carbon fiber surface through a in-situ polymerization method.The effect of temperature on the modification effect of grafting polyacrylamide-ethyl acrylate copolymer on carbon fiber surface is explored.The results show that when the reactive temperature is 45℃,a rough and uniform distributed polymer coating is fabricated,and the carbon fiber surface properties reach the best.After polymer grafting under 45℃,the surface energy of carbon fiber improves from 37.45 m/Nm to 110.16 m/Nm with a increase of 194.15%.Meanwhile,the interfacial shear strength of PAM/PEA-grafted carbon fiber improves from 56.45 MPa to 111.36 MPa with an improvement of 97%.
