为实现户外运动外套的一体成形编织,在服装款式设计基础上,将平面款式图转化分解成二维纸样,根据全成形技术对纸样尺寸进行针织工艺转化,由全成形编织工艺原理研究全成形户外运动外套的编织实现。将全成形户外运动外套成形分为衣身分割线成形原理、袖肘部成形原理、帽子成形原理3个部分进行分析,通过研究各部位对应的压缩工艺图及编织工艺图探讨实现方式。最后选取合适的原料、组织和上机工艺参数并进行一定的后道压烫工艺等完成全成形户外运动外套成品。

In order to realize the one-piece knitting of outdoor sports jackets,on the basis of clothing style design,the clothing style drawing is transformed and decomposed into two-dimensional patterns,and the pattern size is transformed according to the fully formed technology.The fully formed knitting process principle is used to weaving realization the fully formed outdoor sports jacket.The forming of the fully formed outdoor sports jacket is divided into three parts:the forming principle of the body dividing line,the forming principle of the sleeve and elbow,and the forming principle of the hat.The realization method is discussed by studying the compression process diagram and the knitting process diagram corresponding to each part.Finally,by selecting appropriate raw materials and weaving method,setting the process parameters on the machine and performing a certain post-pressing process,the finished product of the fully formed outdoor sports jacket is completed.
