熔融纺聚氨酯形状记忆纤维/棉机织物的染整 被引量:1

Dyeing and finishing of polyurethane shape memory fiber in melt spinning/cotton woven fabric

摘要 根据熔融纺聚氨酯形状记忆纤维(MSMF)的物理化学特性,开发了MSMF/棉机织物。在染整加工中采用了冷轧堆前处理工艺并降低了双氧水浓度;采用生物抛光酶减量工艺去除织物表面毛羽,同时适当降低预定型和成品定型的温度;采用喷射溢流绳状染色,从而降低MSMF的拉伸。成品测试结果表明,熔融纺聚氨酯形状记忆纤维/棉织物具有较低的弹性回复率和较高的形变固定率、形状回复率,具备优良的穿着舒适性。 According to physical and chemical characteristics of polyurethane shape memory fiber in melt spinning(MSMF),the MSMF/cotton woven fabrics is developed.The cold pad-batch pretreatment with lowered hydrogen peroxide concentration is used in dyeing and finishing process.The bio-polishing with enzyme are used to remove the hairiness on the surface of fabric.Moreover,the temperatures in pre-heat setting and also the fabric heat setting are lowered down properly.In addition,the jet overflow dyeing is used so as to reduce the elongation of MSMF.The test results show that the polyurethane shape memory fiber in melt spinning/cotton fabric has lower elastic recovery ratio,higher deformation fixity ratio and shape recovery ratio.Therefore it shows excellent characteristics of fabric comfort.
