摘要
介绍矿井热害(高温高湿)的主要来源,对高温矿井降温技术进行综述,指出矿井制冷降温技术存在的问题,提出建议。高温矿井降温技术主要包括压缩空气膨胀降温、制冰降温、蒸气压缩制冷降温。无论何种降温方式都存在降温效果差、井下高温高湿环境没有得到明显改善等问题,制约着矿井开采效率的进一步提高。降低风流含湿量是改善井下热湿环境的关键,建议在井上对新风进行除湿、降温。将新风分流,确保掘进头及掘进巷道内矿工的舒适环境,保证掘进工作面作业效率。
The main sources of mine heat damage(high temperature and high humidity)are introduced,the cooling technologies of high temperature mine are summarized,the problems existing in mine refrigeration technologies are pointed out,and suggestions are put forward.The cooling technologies of high temperature mine mainly inciude compressed air expansion cooling,ice making cooling and steam compression refrigeration.Regardless of cooling method,there are problems such as poor coolng effect and no obvious improvement of high temperature and humidity environment,which restricts the futher improvement of mine mining efficiency.Reducing the moisture content of the air flow is the key to improving the downhole thermal and humid environment.It is recommended that the fresh air should be dehumidified and cooled onthe well.The fresh air is divided to ensure a comfortable environment for miners in the tunnel head and tunnel,and ensure the working efficiency of the tunneling face.
