摘要
基于近年来检测的内地输往香港地区的家用燃气灶具试验结果,讨论了输港家用燃气灶具和内地家用燃气灶具在产品和检测标准上的差异;根据使用气源和结构形式的不同,对输港家用燃气灶具进行分类,分析了不同类型输港家用燃气灶具的额定热负荷分布和热效率分布。结果表明:在气源类型上,香港人工煤气和香港液化石油气与内地的燃气在气质组成上相差较大,同时香港地区与内地的燃气额定压力要求也有差异。在检测标准上,两者在热效率的检测上差异较大,输港家用燃气灶具没有能效等级要求,只规定了最低的能效要求,根据不同的热负荷范围规定了不同的热效率限定值。在产品类型分布上,输港家用燃气灶具中额定热负荷为5.0 kW和6.0kW的燃气灶所占比例较高,分别为19.4%和22.4%;额定热负荷大于5.92kW的灶的使用气源类型全部为人工煤气;嵌入式人工煤气灶所占比例较大,达到38.9%。在热效率分布上,台式灶的平均热效率高于嵌入式灶,台式液化石油气灶的平均热效率最高,为54.8%;额定热负荷小于等于5.92 kW的灶的平均热效率高于额定热负荷大于5.92 kW的灶。
Based on the test results of domestic gas cooking appliances exported from the mainland to Hong Kong in recent years,the differences in products and testing standards between domestic gas cooking appliances exported to Hong Kong and domestic gas cooking appliances in the mainland are discussed.According to the different gas sources and structure types,the domestic gas cooking appliances exported to Hong Kong are classified,and the distribution of rated heat load and thermal efficiency of different lypes of domestic gas cooking appliances exported to Hong Kong is analyzed.The results show that in leams of gas source types,Hong Kong mauafacurod gas and Hong Kong liquefied petraleum gas differ grcatly frorn the mainland guxs in terms of gas composition,and an the sae time there are also differences in gas rated pressure reouirements beseen Hong Kong and the mainland.In tersof testing standarrls,there is a big differenuce beween the two in the detection of thermual efficiency.Thereare no enorgy efficiency raling requirements for domes-ic gas cooking appliances exported to Hong Kong,only the minimaum energyefficiency requirements arespecified,and different thermal efficiency limit valuesare specified according to different heat load ranges,In lems of puodauct lypc distrilbution,the propoortioms of gas stoves with a raled heat load of 5.0 kW and 6.0kW in dormestic gas cooking appliances exportcd to Hoang Kong are relatively high,which are 19.4% and 22.4% respectivelly.The gas source types used forsLoves with a rated heat load greater than 5.92 kW allare massfactisred gns;eaulbeddled maraufactured gas stoves account for a large proortion,reaching 38.9%.In tems of thermal efficicncy distribution,the avesage thermal efficiency of the desktop stove is higher than that of the embedded stove,and the average thetmal efficiency of the desktopp LPG stove is the lighest,at 54.8%.The average thermal efficiency of stoves with raed heat loacl less than er equal to 5.92kw is higher than that of sloves with rated heat load more than 5.92 kw.
