摘要
近年来,我国大力推进低压可靠性统计工作,电力可靠性统计方式进一步与国际接轨。基于统计学原理,分析了影响中低压用户供电可靠率相关性的主要因素,建立了中低压用户供电可靠性指标关联性分析在实际配电网运行管理中的应用场景,为判断低压可靠性统计准确性提供了工具,为我国持续推广低压可靠性统计工作开展了有益探索。
In recent years,the pilot work of low-voltage reliability was vigorously promoted,and the way of reliability statistics have been further in line with international standards.Based on statistical principles,this paper establishes the application scenario of correlation analysis of power supply reliability index of medium and low voltage customers in actual distribution network operation and management,provides a tool for judging the accuracy of low-voltage reliability statistics,and also provides a useful exploration for our country's continuous promotion of low-voltage reliability statistics.
