摘要
能源互联网的不断发展对继电保护提出了更高的要求。从继电保护分布式架构、高可靠自愈性和全网可观可测性要求出发,将新型传感和通信技术与继电保护装置深度融合,基于物理状态和多元故障辅助传感信息,以及5G公网、LAN和终端直通(device to device,D2D)等无线信息通信技术提出了装置级继电保护技术方案;并且基于全网可观可测性,提出了基于LoRa无线通信技术和智能录波器的平台级继电保护运维方案,为继电保护的后续发展方向提供了参考。
The continuous development of the energy internet has put forward higher requirements for relay protection.To satisfy the requirements of relay protection for the energy internet in the aspects of distributed architecture,high-reliability capacity,self-healing capacity and comprehensive observability,this paper deeply integrates the advanced sensing and communication technologies with relay protection devices.Based on physical status sensing information,multi-source fault sensing information,and wireless information communication technology of 5G wireless communication technologies public network,LAN and device to device etc.,this paper proposes a device-level relay protection technical solution.According to the visibility and measurability characteristics of the entire electric network,this paper also proposes a platform-level operation and maintenance solution based on the LoRa wireless communication technology and smart wave recorder.These technical solutions can provide some references for the further development of the relay protection.
