川渝地区农业与旅游业耦合协调机理及优化研究——基于灰色系统理论

Research on Coupling Coordination Mechanism and Optimization of Agriculture and Tourism in Sichuan and Chongqing——Based on Grey System Theory

基于灰色系统理论和耦合协调模型,分析了2008—2018年四川、重庆农业—旅游业系统的耦合协调度特征,并探索了其影响因素。结果发现:①川渝地区农业与旅游业的整体关联度较高,四川省的农作物总播种面积、星级饭店数关联度最高,对农旅融合发展影响最大;重庆市的耕地有效灌溉面积和星级饭店数关联度最高。②川渝地区农业—旅游业的耦合度虽然有所波动,但是总体呈现增长趋势,耦合协调度处于初级协调阶段,提升空间较大。根据川渝地区的发展情况,分别从政府、企业、经营者角度提出建议。

Based on the grey system theory and coupling coordination model,this paper analyzed the characteristics of coupling coordination degree of agriculture tourism system in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City from 2008 to 2018,and explored its influencing factors. The results showed that:(1)The overall correlation degree of agriculture and tourism in Sichuan and Chongqing was high,among which,the total sown area of crops and the number of star-rated hotels in Sichuan Province had the highest correlation,which had the greatest impact on the development of the integration of agriculture and tourism;the effective irrigated area of arable land and the number of star-rated hotels in Chongqing was the highest degree of relevance.(2)Although the coupling degree of agriculture and tourism in Sichuan and Chongqing fluctuated during 2008-2018,but it showed an overall growth trend. The coupling coordination degree was in the primary coordination stage,and there was large space for improvement. Therefore,according to the development of the two provinces,this paper put forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of the government,enterprises and operators.
