摘要
引导新型城镇化与生态环境协调发展是实现可持续发展的必由之路。本文以山西省为研究区域,运用综合评价模型和耦合协调模型对2008-2017年新型城镇化与生态环境状况及相对发展水平进行测算。结果表明,山西省新型城镇化与生态环境发展水平在总体上均呈波动上升趋势,2015年之后快速发展,相对发展水平经历了同步发展—生态环境滞后—新型城镇化滞后的过程,在近期提升新型城镇化发展质量是重点;山西省两系统耦合度一直处于较高水平,耦合协调类型从濒临失调转变为协调发展,11个地级市整体状况良好,均处于协调发展阶段,其中太原市和阳泉市实现同步发展,其余九市新型城镇化指数偏低。
Guiding the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment is the only way to achieve sustainable development.Taking Shanxi Province as the research area,this paper uses the comprehensive evaluation model and coupling coordination model to calculate the new urbanization and ecological environment status and relative development level from 2008 to 2017.The results show that,the development level of new urbanization and ecological environment in Shanxi Province is on the rise in general.After 2015,it has developed rapidly,and the relative development level has experienced the process of synchronous development ecological environment lag new urbanization lag.In the near future,improving the development quality of new urbanization is the key point;the coupling degree of the two systems in Shanxi Province has been at a high level.The coordination type has changed from being on the verge of maladjustment to coordinated development.The overall situation of 11 prefecture level cities is good,and they are in the stage of coordinated development.Among them,Taiyuan and Yangquan have achieved synchronous development,and the other nine cities have low new urbanization index.
