湖南省土地利用、交通发展、旅游经济协调时空演化特征研究

Research on Coordinated Development of Land Use,Transportation Development and Tourism Economy in Hunan Province

交通发展、旅游经济发展与区域土地利用变化(以下简称三系统)相互关联,三系统存在着复杂的相互关系,该研究依次分析湖南省、14个地市(州)、“四圈”的三系统的耦合协调规律,以促进其更好地融合发展。该研究选取耦合协调度模型和探索性空间数据分析法,利用MATLAB和ArcGIS软件分析湖南省2006-2015年的相关数据,测量三系统之间的协调度,从时间和空间两方面研究了湖南省三系统之间的耦合发展情况。研究发现湖南省三系统的耦合协调度在10年间稳步增长。在时间层面看,14个市州耦合协调度的发展可以归类为两种:一种是稳步上升型,一种是折线波动型;在空间层面从片状均衡分布—无序回归到片状均衡分布——核心圈层分布。“折线波动”型市州应合理配置旅游用地和交通用地,提高省域交通运输水平,促进平稳发展;“虹吸效应”型市州应充分利用核心集聚优势,确保加速协调发展;“过道效应”型市州应增强旅游吸引力,实现稳步协调发展;加快湖南全域旅游格局形成。

Tourism transportation is an important part of tourism system and transportation has a profound impact on the development of tourism economy.Transportation development,tourism economy development and regional land use change are interrelated,which have complex interrelationships.The paper calculated and analyzed the index data of Hunan Province from 2006 to 2015 with the help of MATLAB and ArcGIS software,measured the coordination among transportation development,tourism economy development and regional land use change(three system)by mean of the coupling degree evaluation model,and then studied the development of coupled coordination degree of the three system in Hunan Province from the perspective of time and space.The study found that the coupling coordination degree of the three systems in Hunan Province has grown steadily over the past 10 years.From the perspective of time,the development of coupling coordination degree of 13 municipalities and an Autonomous Prefectures were divided into two types:one steadily increases;the other is a fluctuating growth trend.From the perspective of space,it transferred the balanced table distribution into disordered distribution and then turned into balanced table distribution.finally,it shaped core circle distribution.Based on this,some strategies were proposed,for example,strengthening the management cooperation of relevant departments,building a good management system,and allocating tourism land and transportation land rationally and so on.
