建设国家高端智库背景下科技智库期刊发展定位与使命--基于科技智库期刊与国家重大战略决策关系分析

Development orientation and mission of Chinese sci-tech think-tank journals under the background of building high-end national think-tank--Analysis on the coordinated development of Chinese sci-tech think-tank journals and national major strategies

科技智库期刊作为链接智库与政府、新闻界、民众的桥梁,在传播智库成果、增进学术交流、扩大智库影响等方面发挥着重要作用。本文以科技智库期刊为研究对象,依据智库的内容和功能筛选出具备典型特征的科技智库期刊进行案例研究,从期刊研究内容、栏目及专题设置、国家项目支持和国家政策协同四个层面进行深度剖析,通过案例研究提炼科技智库期刊的典型特征与功能,最后,提出科技智库期刊的发展定位和历史使命,以期为创新驱动战略的实施发挥支撑作用。

As the bridge linking think-tanks with the government,the press and the public,sci-tech think-tank journals play an important role in disseminating think-tank achievements,enhancing academic exchanges and expanding the influence of think tanks.This paper takes sci-tech think-tank journals as the research object,selects the sci-tech think-tank journals with typical characteristics according to the content and functions of think-tanks as case study,and makes in-depth analysis from four aspects:journal research content,column and topic setting,national project support and national policy coordination.Through case study,the typical characteristics and functions of sci-tech think-tank journals can be extracted.This paper proposes the development orientation and historical mission of sci-tech think-tank journals in order to play a supporting role in the implementation of innovation driven strategy.
