摘要
以新建连镇(连云港-镇江)铁路五峰山长江大桥为背景,从施工控制的角度分析了主缆索股弹性模量、钢丝直径、索股自重、钢梁重量等参数对索股长度的影响,根据实际情况确定索股长度调节量为25 cm。针对大直径主缆设置了多根参考基准索股,并分析了产生误差的原因。一般索股架设采用分层定距的方式控制线形。调整锚跨索力时,考虑温度、散索鞍偏位对锚跨索力的影响,采用千斤顶和频谱相互校核的方式确定锚跨索力系数。通过多种控制手段,主缆架设控制效果良好。
Based on the Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge of the newly built Lianyungang-Zhenjiang railway,the influence of main cable strand elastic modulus,steel wire diameter,strand dead weight,steel girder weight and other parameters on strand length was analyzed from the perspective of construction control.The cable strand length adjustment is 25 cm according to the actual situation.For the large diameter main cable,the several reference strands were set,and the causes of errors were analyzed.The common cable strand erection adopted the method of layered distance to control the alignment.When adjusting the cable force of the anchor span,considering the influence of the temperature and the deviation of the splay saddle on the cable force of the anchor span,the cable force coefficient of the anchor span was determined by the mutual check of jack and frequency spectrum.Through a variety of control means,the main cable erection control effect is good.
