摘要
拟建济南—滨州铁路经遥墙机场后须跨(穿)越黄河至济阳设站。跨(穿)越黄河工程是该铁路控制性工程,对项目工期、投资影响较大。本文综合考虑地质条件、既有黄河公路桥分布对铁路桥选址的影响、济阳区总体规划及济阳站设置条件、遥墙机场飞行净空及电磁环境的要求,提出了隧道下穿黄河方案、利用规划国道G308桥位方案、利用既有迎宾黄河大桥桥位方案和既有迎宾黄河大桥下游7 km桥位方案。从黄河水利委员会对跨越黄河公路和铁路桥间距的要求、黄河桥(隧)工程条件、满足遥墙机场飞行安全要求、与济阳区现状和城市规划的协调性、对环境敏感点的影响、工程投资六个方面综合比较,得出隧道下穿黄河方案最优。
The proposed Jinan-Binzhou railway will cross the Yellow River after passing through the Yaoqiang airport to new built Jiyang station.The Yellow River crossing project is a control project of the railway,which has a great impact on the project duration and investment.Considering the geological conditions,the influence of the existing Yellow River highway bridge distribution on the railway bridge site selection,the overall planning of Jiyang district and the setting conditions of Jiyang station,the flight clearance of Yaoqiang airport and the requirements of electromagnetic environment,this paper put forward the scheme of tunnel under-crossing the Yellow River,the scheme of using the planned national highway G308 bridge site,and the scheme of using existing Yingbin Yellow River bridge site and the scheme of downstream 7 km bridge site of the existing Yingbin Yellow River bridge.From the requirements of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission on the distance between the highway and railway bridges crossing the Yellow River,the engineering conditions of the Yellow River Bridge(Tunnel),the flight safety requirements of Yaoqiang airport,the coordination with the current situation and urban planning of Jiyang district,the impact on the environment sensitive points,and the project investment,it is concluded that the scheme of tunnel under-crossing the Yellow River is the best.
