烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗手指末节损伤疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of the Regenerative Medical Technology for Burns,Wounds and Ulcers in the Treatment of Finger Last Knuckle Injury

目的分析烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗手指末节损伤的临床效果。方法给予2020年1月至2020年10月重庆永荣矿业有限公司总医院收治的50例手指末节损伤患者(65根手指)烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗,分析治疗效果。结果50例患者(65根手指)损伤创面均一期愈合,愈合时间为20~50 d,平均30.5 d,愈后皮肤质地、外观、感觉及手指运动功能良好,基本恢复原手指长度,缺损甲床均再生修复。结论应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗手指末节损伤,有利于缺损甲床及指腹软组织修复,恢复手指长度及运动功能,且愈后皮肤质地、外观、感觉良好,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the regenerative medical technology for burns,wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO)in the treatment of finger last knuckle injury.Methods Fifty patients with finger last knuckle injury(65 fingers affected),admitted to General Hospital of Chongqing Yongrong Mining Co.,Ltd.from January 2020 to October 2020,were treated with MEBT/MEBO,and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results The wounds of the 50 patients all achieved primary healing with the healing time ranging from 20 to 50 days,an average of 30.5 days.The healed fingers were good in skin texture,appearance,sensory function and motor function.The injured fingers basically recovered their original length,and the defect nail beds all realized regenerative recovery.Conclusion MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of finger last knuckle injury can facilitate the repair of defected nail beds and the soft tissues of finger pulp,and restore the length of fingers.Moreover,the healed wound skin was good in texture,appearance,sensory and motor functions.
