湿润烧伤膏治疗指尖缺损伴骨外露效果分析

The Clinical Efficacy of MEBO in the Treatment of Fingertip Defects with Bone Exposed

目的探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗指尖缺损伴骨外露的临床效果。方法给予2018年2月至2019年7月自贡市第四人民医院收治的22例指尖缺损伴骨外露患者于清创术后全程采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,观察治疗效果。结果所有患者患指均愈合良好,愈合时间为22~31 d,平均25 d;愈后随访6~12个月,患指外观及功能恢复较好,远端指间关节活动无明显异常,部分患者手指感觉及两点分辨觉稍差,无疼痛感,偶有轻度麻木感;指尖软组织缺损较多者,手指长度较对侧稍短。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗指尖缺损伴骨外露,可最大程度保留患指长度,恢复患指外观及功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of fingertip defects complicated with bone exposure.Methods Twenty-two patients with fingertip defects with bone exposed,admitted to Zigong Fourth People’s Hospital from February 2018 to July 2019,were treated with the dressing change of MEBO throughout the whole treatment course after debridement,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results The affected fingers of all the patients were healed well,and the healing time was 22-31 days,with an average of 25 days.The follow-up 6-12 months after healing found that the fingertip appearance and functions recovered well,no obvious abnormality was observed in the distal interphalangeal joint mobility,finger sensation and two-point discrimination of some patients were slightly poor,but they felt no pain,only mild numbness occasionally.For patients with much fingertip soft tissue defect,the affected finger length was slightly shorter compared to their contralateral ones.Conclusion In the treatment of fingertip defect with bone exposed,MEBO can maximally retain the length of the affected finger,and restore its appearance and functions.
