新媒体环境下红色档案资源的开发利用研究--以沂蒙红色档案为例

Research on the development and utilization of red archives resources in the new media environment--Taking the Yimeng red archives as an example

在信息化程度不断强化和国家鼓励档案机构利用新媒体提高档案宣传能力的时代背景下,红色档案资源的开发利用面临着从传统媒体到传统媒体与新媒体融合转型的巨大挑战。新媒体技术的运用是提高档案开发利用效能的必要条件。本文通过文献梳理、访谈调查、网络调查、案例分析的方法,运用档案信息资源开发理论归纳新媒体环境下沂蒙红色档案开发利用的现状,从思想、资源、运营、保障四个层面分析沂蒙红色档案馆藏机构面临的问题。在此基础上,提出强化新媒体意识,建立健全新媒体档案宣传制度;推进档案资源整合,建立沂蒙红色档案信息资源库;合力运营沂蒙红色档案新媒体平台的建议,为沂蒙红色档案馆藏机构及我国其他地区的红色档案资源开发利用提供可借鉴的建议和对策。

Under the background of deepening the degree of informatization and encouraging archival institutions to use new media to improve their ability to publicize archives,the development and utilization of red archives resources is facing the challenge of transforming from traditional media to traditional media and new media integration.The application of new media technology is a necessary condition to improve the efficiency of archives development and utilization.Through the methods of literature combing,interview investigation,network investigation and case analysis,the paper summarizes the current situation of the development and utilization of the Yimeng red archives in the new media environment by using the theory of archive information resource development,and analyzes the problems faced by the keeping organizations in the four levels of thought,resources,operation and guarantee.On this basis,it puts forward the proposal of strengthening the new media consciousness,establishing and perfecting the propaganda system of the new media archives,promoting the integration of archives resources,establishing the digital resource bank of the red archives of Lumen,and jointly operating the new media platform,so as to provide suggestions for the development and utilization of the red archives resources of the keeping organizations and other parts of China.
