There are a large number of learners in open universities with different knowledge backgrounds.With such a wide range of heterogeneous learning groups,publicity of the innovative theories of the CPC in the new era is a critical way to strengthen the ideological and political education of open universities,promote the popularization of innovation achievements of Marxist theory,realize the social responsibility and goals of open universities,and thereby complete the fundamental task of foster virtue through education.By exploring the system of theoretical propaganda talents and resource sharing mechanism,and establishing a full-process all-dimensional Internet+publicity platform,we can effectively improve the publicity effect,popularize the innovative theories of the CPC and consolidate the mission and responsibilities of learners of open universities.
