湿料发酵豆粕对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of wet fermented soybean meal on laying performance of laying hens

摘要 为研究日粮中添加湿料发酵豆粕对鸡蛋质量和蛋鸡粪便消化率的影响,试验选取8000只健康蛋鸡,随机分为2组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加5%湿料发酵豆粕的日粮,饲养时间为10 d。试验期间测定湿料发酵豆粕中的微生物含量、粪便消化率和蛋壳灰分。记录鸡蛋性质及形态的变化,通过SEM测定蛋壳微观形态。结果表明:湿料发酵豆粕中的主要微生物包括芽孢菌、乳酸菌及酵母菌。与对照组相比,粪便在上层和中层筛的比重降低,底层筛中比重上升。蛋清韧性增加,蛋壳粗灰分含量提高了4.16%(P<0.05),其中磷含量上升,钙含量降低。SEM结果表明,使用5%的湿料发酵豆粕饲养后蛋壳内部纤维密集,整体结构致密,厚度减少了7%。结果提示,蛋鸡饲料中添加湿料发酵豆粕可提高鸡蛋的性能并改善饲料在蛋鸡体内的消化率。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding wet feed fermented soybean meal to the egg properties and fecal digestibility.The experiment selected 8000 healthy laying hens and randomly divided them into 2 groups.Within 10 days of the trial,the control group was fed with daily rations,and the test group was supplemented with 5%wet feed fermented soybean meal.During the test,the microorganisms content in the wet meal fermented soybean meal,fecal digestibility and crude eggshell ash content were measured.The properties and shape of eggs were recorded,and the microscopic morphology of egg shell was measured by SEM.The results showed that the microorganisms in wet fermented soybean meal were mainly Bacillus,Lactobacillus and yeast.Compared with the control group,the proportion of feces in the upper and middle sieve decreased,and the proportion in the bottom sieve increased.The toughness of the egg white increased,and the crude ash content of the egg shell increased by 4.16%(P<0.05),of which the phosphorus content increased,and the calcium content decreased.SEM results showed that after using 5%wet feed to ferment soybean meal,the inner fiber of the eggshell was dense,the overall structure was dense,and the thickness was reduced by 7%.It indicated that adding wet feed to fermented soybean meal could improve the performance of the eggs and the digestibility of the feed in the layer.
