断奶仔猪纤维营养应用研究进展

摘要 断奶应激是养猪生产中常见问题之一,全面禁止饲用抗生素使用后,断奶仔猪面临的挑战增加。本文结合国内外研究报道,对断奶仔猪常用纤维原料、应用效果影响因素和调控作用机制等进行综合论述。分析认为,断奶仔猪纤维营养方案应重点关注纤维原料对后肠道发酵和消化道发育的调控,纤维特性尤其是纤维可发酵性和发酵调控性是重要影响因素,通过纤维改性有望改善纤维组成和纤维特性,进而提升应用效果。 Weaning stress syndrome is one of the common problems in swine production,and the challenge of weaning piglets has increased after the full ban of antibiotics in feed.Based on the domestic and foreign research reports,this paper reviewed the common fibrous feed materials,the influencing factors of application effect and the regulatory mechanism of fiber nutrition in weaned piglets.It was concluded that the fiber nutrition for weaned piglets should focus on the regulation of fiber feed materials on fermentation in post-intestinal and development of digestive tract.Fiber properties,especially fermentability and regulation of fermentation were important factors.The technology of fiber modification was expected to improve fiber composition and fiber properties,and thus improve the performance of application.
