基于风险防控的医用悬浮床不良事件分析

Analysis of Medical Suspended Bed Adverse Events Based on Risk Prevention and Control

目的:通过对医用悬浮床临床使用风险分析,提出风险防控建议,以期降低风险,保障医患使用安全。方法:通过对济南市医疗器械不良事件监测数据库中收集到的37例医用悬浮床可疑医疗器械不良事件报告进行分析,及对本市多家使用悬浮床治疗烧伤患者的三甲医院的走访调研及专家咨询,归纳医用悬浮床临床使用潜在风险点。结果:医用悬浮床是治疗大面积烧伤患者的重要辅助设备,但在临床使用过程中也存在着安全风险。结论:生产企业应提高医用悬浮床的生产技术,加强悬浮床的故障检测及定期维护,使用单位应严格按照说明书规范操作使用悬浮床,提高风险防控和不良事件监测意识,保证悬浮床的安全使用。

Objective:Through the risk analysis of the clinical use of the medical suspended bed,risk prevention and control recommendations are put forward to reduce the risk probability and ensure the safety of doctors and patients.Methods:Through the analysis of the 37 cases of suspicious medical device adverse event reports collected in the medical device adverse event monitoring database in Jinan City,the survey and expert consultation of many top three hospitals in this city that use the floating bed to treat burn patients are summarized.Potential risk points for clinical use of suspended beds.Results:The medical suspended bed is an important auxiliary equipment for treating patients with extensive burns,but there are also safety risks in the process of clinical use.Conclusion:Manufacturers should improve the production technology of the medical suspended bed,strengthen the failure detection and regular maintenance of the suspended bed,and the user should strictly follow the instructions and use the suspended bed to improve risk prevention and control and adverse event monitoring awareness to ensure the safe use of the suspended bed.
