摘要 目的:探讨3D打印技术制备骨科植入材料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的力学性能及氨基改性对材料成骨性能的影响。方法:应用3D打印技术制作骨科植入材料PEEK,通过单轴压缩、单轴拉伸及三点弯曲实验对其生物力学性能进行检测。对样品进行低温等离子表面改性,通过对成骨细胞增殖、形态及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性检测来分析氨基改性对材料成骨性能的影响。结论:3D打印制备PEEK作为创伤骨科植入物具有稳定、优良、卓越的力学性能、化学性能和生物相容性,而通过在其表面引入氨基团能够进一步提高材料的成骨性能。 Objective:To investigate the mechanical properties of orthopedic implant polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK)prepared by 3D printing technology and the effect of amino modification on the osteogenic properties of the implant.Methods:The orthopedic implant material PEEK was made by 3D printing technology,and its biomechanical properties were tested by uniaxial compression,uniaxial tension and three-point bending experiments.The samples were modified by plasma surface at low temperature,and the effects of amino modification on the osteogenic properties of the materials were analyzed by detecting the proliferation,morphology and ALP activity of osteoblasts.Conclusion:3D printed PEEK as a traumatic orthopedic implant has stable,excellent and excellent mechanical properties,chemical properties and biocompatibility,and the introduction of amino groups on its surface can further improve the osteogenic performance of the material.
