摘要
脑卒中属于临床上常见的一种脑血管疾病,其发病机制为人体内出现急性脑循环障碍情况,进而发生局限性、弥漫性的脑功能缺损症状。脑卒中一般主要表现为脑出血、脑梗死和神经功能缺损三种疾病类型。其具有持续时间长、具有极高的致残率、病死率等特征。患者由于人体的肌力发生下降极易造成运动障碍、瘫痪和肢体瘫痪等多种严重后果,对患者的生活质量和生命健康产生极大的威胁。临床上以往普遍利用康复训练治疗脑卒中后运动障碍,效果欠佳。随着医学技术的持续发展,神经功能重建治疗仪逐渐应用于脑卒中后运动障碍患者的康复中,具有理想效果,促进患者的康复。
Cerebral apoplexy is a common clinical cerebrovascular disease,and its pathogenesis is the occurrence of acute cerebral circulatory disorder in the body and then the localized and diffuse symptoms of cerebral functional deficiency.Cerebral apoplexy is mainly manifested as cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction and nerve function defect.It has the characteristics of long duration,high disability rate and death rate.Due to the decrease of muscle strength of the body,the patients are easy to cause various serious consequences such as movement disorder,paralysis and limb paralysis,which poses a great threat to the quality of life and health of the patients.Rehabilitation training is widely used in the treatment of poststroke dyspraxia,but the effect is not good.With the continuous development of medical technology,the neuro-functional reconstruction therapy apparatus has been gradually applied in the rehabilitation of patients with post-stroke dyspraxia,which has ideal effects and promotes the rehabilitation of patients.
