低剂量胸部CT技术在肺癌复查患者的临床应用分析

目的:分析肺癌复查患者采用低剂量胸部CT技术的应用效果。方法:研究挑选2018年4月~2019年4月来本院进行肺癌术后短期内CT复查患者94例。将患者按照单复数分组的方法分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均47例。对照组患者使用一般CT扫描,观察组患者实行低剂量胸部CT扫描。分析两组患者检查结果。结果:统计比较两组患者图像质量评分与临床需求评分,观察组与对照组无明显区别,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义;对照两组患者CTDIvo1与DLP,观察组患者数据更具有优势,P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论:肺癌患者复查中采用低剂量胸部CT扫描可获得显著的临床效果,满足患者术后短期复查需要,有效减少辐射剂量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of low dose chest CT in lung cancer patients.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,94 patients who came to our hospital for short-term CT reexamination after lung cancer surgery were selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of singular and plural group,47 patients in both groups.The patients in the control group were scanned with general CT,and the patients in the observation group were scanned with low-dose chest CT.The results of the two groups were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in image quality score and clinical demand score,P>0.05,no statistical significance;CTDIvo1 and DLP in the control group were more advantageous,P<0.05,consistent with statistical significance.Conclusion:Low dose chest CT scan in lung cancer patients'reexamination can obtain significant clinical effect,meet the needs of short-term reexamination and effectively reduce the radiation dose.
