彩色超声联合X射线钼靶检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Color Ultrasound Combined with X-Ray Mammography for Early Breast Cancer

目的:探讨彩色超声联合X射线钼靶检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年10月本院收治的疑似早期乳腺癌患者100例为研究对象,所有患者均先采取彩色超声检查,然后再进行X射线钼靶检查,并以病理穿刺活检作为金标准,记录彩色超声、X射线钼靶检查结果,比较三种检查的准确率、灵敏度、特异度。结果:经病理检查结果证实,100例患者中,68例为恶性病变(包括33例导管癌、20例导管内原位癌及15例浸润性小叶癌);彩色超声联合X射线钼靶联合检查的诊断准确率(97.06%)明显高于单独检查结果(80.88%,86.76%),联合检查的灵敏度(97.06%)、阴性预测值(83.82%)均高于单独检查结果(灵敏度:83.82%,88.23%;阴性预测值:58.82%,61.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于彩色超声、X射线钼靶单独检查,两者联合检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断效能更高。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of color ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography for early breast cancer.Methods:100 cases of suspected early breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by color ultrasound,then X-ray mammography and biopsy by pathology.As the gold standard,it records the results of color ultrasound and X-ray molybdenum target inspections,and compares the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the three inspections.Results:The results of pathological examination confirmed that 68 of 100 patients were malignant lesions(including 33 cases of ductal carcinoma,20 cases of intraductal carcinoma in situ and 15 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma);The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography(97.06%)was significantly higher than that of individual examination results(80.88%,86.76%),and the sensitivity(97.06%)and negative predictive value(83.82%)of the combined examination were higher Individual inspection results(sensitivity:83.82%,88.23%;negative predictive value:58.82%,61.76%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with color ultrasound and X-ray mammography alone,the combined examination of the two has higher diagnostic efficiency for early breast cancer.
