经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Gastroduodenal Hemorrhage Treated by Digestive Endoscopy

目的:分析探讨经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的临床效果。方法:以2018年6月~2019年6月本中心收治的100例胃十二指肠出血患者作为此次研究对象,依照治疗方法的不同将其划分为观察组与对照组,各50例;其中对照组患者施以常规治疗,观察组患者于常规治疗的基础上施以消化内镜氩离子凝固术予以治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率比对照组明显偏高,且并发症发生率比对照组明显偏低,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:胃十二指肠出血经消化内镜治疗的临床效果显著,能够促进患者早日康复,表现出广阔的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of gastroduodenal hemorrhage treated by digestive endoscopy.Methods:100 patients with gastroduodenal hemorrhage admitted to our center from June 2018 to June 2019 were taken as the research object,and they were divided into research group and control group according to different treatment methods,each with 50 cases.Among them,the patients in the control group were given clinical routine treatment,while the patients in the research group were given endoscopic argon plasma coagulation treatment on the basis of routine treatment.Then the clinical therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Digestive endoscopy has a significant clinical effect on gastroduodenal hemorrhage,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
