腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Stripping for Ovarian Cyst

目的:观察分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床应用效果。方法:以2018年2月~2020年2月本院收治的卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别采用开腹及腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术进行治疗,比较其临床效果及其相关指标。结果:观察组的各项相关临床指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各种术后并发症总发生率为8.57%,明显低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。结论:与传统开腹术式相比较,采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿能够有效改善相关临床指标的优良率,降低术后并发症的发生率,具有非常显著的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst decortication.Methods:Ovarian cyst patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients were treated by laparotomy and laparoscopic ovarian cyst decortication respectively,and their clinical effects and related indexes were compared.Results:The clinical indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of various postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.57%,significantly lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic ovarian cyst decortication can effectively improve the excellent rate of relevant clinical indicators and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It has a very significant clinical effect.
