超声骨刀在下颌复杂阻生牙微创拔除术中的效果及预后观察

The Effect and Prognosis of Ultrasonic Osteotome in Minimally Invasive Extraction of Mandibular Complex Impacted Teeth

目的:观察分析超声骨刀在下颌复杂阻生牙微创拔除术中的效果及预后。方法:对2018年1月~2020年1月本院接诊的90例下颌阻生牙患者进行研究,根据随机抽签法进行分组,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者选择常规涡轮手机阻生牙拔除手术,观察组则是对患者实施超声骨刀去骨增隙阻生牙拔除手术,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及手术中、术后情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05);且观察组患者的手术中及术后情况也优于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:在复杂阻生牙拔除术中,使用超声骨刀一种理想的复杂阻生牙微创拔除手术方法。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect and prognosis of ultrasonic osteotome in minimally invasive extraction of mandibular complex impacted teeth.Methods:A study was conducted on 90 patients with impacted mandibular teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.They were grouped according to the random drawing method and divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group chose conventional turbo-handset impacted tooth extraction surgery,while in the experimental group,patients were subjected to ultrasonic bone removal and clearance-enhancing impacted tooth extraction surgery to compare the treatment effects and the conditions during and after the operation.Results:The treatment effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group,with large differences(P<0.05);and the conditions of patients in the experimental group during and after surgery were also better than those in the control group,with large differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the extraction of complex impacted teeth,the use of ultrasonic osteotome is an ideal minimally invasive extraction method of complex impacted teeth.
