低频脉冲治疗仪对初产妇产后催乳、子宫复旧的影响

Effect of Low Frequency Pulse Therapy Instrument on Postpartum Lactation and Uterine Involution of Primipara

目的:探究低频脉冲治疗仪对初产妇产后催乳、子宫复旧的影响。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年12月在本院分娩的初产妇92例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为对照组和观察组(每组46例),对照组给予常规产后干预模式,观察组在对照组基础上配合使用低频脉冲治疗仪,比较两组初产妇的泌乳情况和子宫复旧情况。结果:观察组初产妇的泌乳始动时间、子宫复旧时间均早于对照组,P<0.05;观察组初产妇的泌乳正常量占比为86.96%,高于对照组(67.39%),P<0.05;观察组初产妇的母乳喂养成功率为93.48%,高于对照组(78.26%),P<0.05。结论:在初产妇产后干预中,低频脉冲治疗仪催乳效果理想,且能够促进子宫尽快恢复,复旧效果理想。

Objective:To explore the effect of low frequency pulse therapy instrument on postpartum lactation and uterine involution of primipara.Methods:Select 92 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group(46 cases in each group).The control group was given the routine postpartum intervention mode.On the basis of the control group,the low frequency pulse therapy instrument was used in the experimental group.The lactation and uterine involution were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of lactation initiation and uterine involution in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05);The proportion of normal lactation in the experimental group was 86.96%,higher than that in the control group(67.39%),P<0.05;The success rate of breastfeeding in the experimental group was 93.48%,higher than that in the control group(78.26%),P<0.05.Conclusion:In the postpartum intervention of primipara,the lactagogue effect of low-frequency pulse therapy instrument is ideal,and it can promote the recovery of uterus as soon as possible,and the effect of involution is ideal.
