胰岛素泵在糖尿病临床治疗中的临床效果与相关指标改善作用

Clinical Effect of Insulin Pump in Clinical Treatment of Diabetes and Improvement of Related Indicators

目的:分析胰岛素泵在糖尿病临床治疗中的临床效果与相关指标改善作用。方法:选取2018年6月~2020年5月本院收治的糖尿病患者70例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用胰岛素治疗,根据药物注射方式的不同进行分组,采用皮下注射的患者纳入对照组,采用胰岛素泵注射的患者纳入观察组,两组各有35例患者。对比两组患者的血糖相关指标、胰岛素指标以及疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者的血糖相关指标、胰岛素指标均得到改善,且观察组患者的上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规皮下注射胰岛素相比,采用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的效果更为显著,能有效改善患者的血糖相关指标、胰岛素指标。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of insulin pump in the clinical treatment of diabetes and the improvement of related indicators.Methods:70 patients with diabetes in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were treated with insulin.The patients were divided into groups according to the different injection methods.The patients were subcutaneously injected into the control group.The patients were injected with insulin pump into the observation group,and the two groups had 35 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with insulin.The blood glucose related indexes,insulin indexes and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the blood glucose-related indicators and insulin indicators of the two groups of patients were improved,and the above indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of diabetes,the effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes is more significant,and it can effectively improve the blood glucose-related indicators and insulin indicators of patients.
