双心护理在冠脉支架置入术后患者中的应用效果及对负面情绪的影响

Application Effect of Double Heart Nursing in Patients After Coronary Stent Implantation and Its Influence on Negative Emotions

目的:探讨冠脉支架置入术后给予患者双心护理对于患者负面情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年7月~2020年8月医院收治的50例冠脉支架置入术后患者进行研究,按照随机分配的方法分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取双心护理,对照组采取常规护理,对两组患者的护理效果和负面情绪进行分析。结果:护理后观察组患者在焦虑(44.81±4.12)、抑郁评分(46.78±3.39)比对照组显著较低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度96%明显高于对照组80%,两组数据差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予冠状支架置入术后患者双心护理,能够显著提高护理效果,促进患者不良情绪的改善,减少患者的心理负担。

Objective:To explore the effect of double heart nursing on negative emotions of patients after coronary stent implantation.Methods:From July 2017 to August 2020,50 patients with coronary stent implantation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given double heart nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing effect and negative emotions of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety(44.81±4.12)and depression(46.78±3.39)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double heart nursing for patients after coronary stent implantation can significantly improve the nursing effect,promote the improvement of patients'bad mood.
