血液灌流联合透析在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中的应用效果探讨

Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Dialysis in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨血液灌流联合透析在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中的应用效果。方法:将2019年3月~2019年12月本院收治的86例慢性肾功能障碍患者随机分为两组各43例,对照组患者进行常规治疗及血液透析,在此基础上观察组患者联合血液灌流,检测两组患者治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血清磷(P)、尿素氮(BUN)指标水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者Scr、PTH、P、BUN水平均明显低于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的23.26%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合透析在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中的应用具有改善患者血液指标、降低不良反应发生率的作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:In March 2019 to December 2019,our hospital 86 cases of patients with chronic renal dysfunction 43 cases in each group were randomly divided into two groups,the routine therapy and control group in patients with hemodialysis,combined on the basis of the observation group patients blood perfusion,detection of two groups of patients before and after treatment,serum creatinine(Scr),parathyroid hormone(PTH),serum phosphorus(P),urea nitrogen(BUN)level and treatment of adverse reactions occurred during the study.Results:Scr,PTH,P and BUN levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment was 4.65%,significantly lower than that in the control group(23.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hemoperfusion combined with dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure can improve the blood index and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
