尿液潜血采用尿液分析仪和显微镜红细胞计数检验的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析在尿液潜血分析中,应用尿液分析仪潜血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验两种方式的结果对比,研究其在临床中的实施价值。方法:选择2018年12月~2020年1月本院门诊及住院处诊治患者所留取的尿液标本122例进行尿液潜血检验,分别施行尿液分析仪潜血检验、显微镜红细胞计数检验两种方式,并对所得结果的标本阳性率、阴性率进行统计对比。结果:尿液分析仪潜血检验中,阳性标本数与阴性标本数分别为45例、77例,与显微镜红细胞计数检验结果中显示的30例阳性标本、92例阴性标本相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单一使用尿液分析仪潜血或显微镜红细胞计数检验方式对尿液标本施行潜血检查,均存在不同程度的假阴性、假阳性。为保证尿液潜血检查结果的准确性,临床中可根据患者的实际情况,对尿液标本施行尿液分析仪潜血和显微镜红细胞计数检验的联用。 Objective:To analyze and compare the results of urine analyzer occult blood test and microscopic red blood cell count test in urine occult blood analysis,and to study its clinical application value.Methods:From December 2018 to January 2020,122 urine samples collected from patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital were selected for urine occult blood test.Urine analyzer occult blood test and microscopic red blood cell count test were performed respectively.The positive rate and negative rate of the obtained samples were statistically compared.Results:In the occult blood test of urine analyzer,the number of positive specimens and negative specimens were 45 and 77 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with 30 positive specimens and 92 negative specimens shown in the microscopic red blood cell count test results.Conclusion:There are different degrees of false negatives and false positives in occult blood examination of urine samples by using urine analyzer occult blood or microscopic red blood cell count test method alone.In order to ensure the accuracy of urine occult blood test results,urine samples can be combined with urine analyzer occult blood and microscopic red blood cell count test according to the actual situation of patients.
