Discussion on Daily Maintenance and Troubleshooting of DR Equipment

目的:探讨DR设备的日常维护措施以及故障排除方法。方法:选取本院应用的新东方1000MC DR设备为研究对象,分析日常维护工作中需要注意的问题。一是充分认识到维护工作的重要性,二是对DR设备进行日常电路维护,三是对DR设备进行日常使用维护,四是对DR设备进行日常环境维护。观察DR设备2019年6月~2020年6月使用过程中故障发生率。结果:本院共应用DR设备1120例次,故障发生例次3,故障发生率为0.27%。通过故障分析及处理后,3次故障均排除。结论:DR设备对于日常维护具有较高的要求,在DR设备使用过程中应该提高对其维护管理的重视程度,定期对其进行维护,并严格按照规范进行操作,有效降低故障发生率,更好发挥DR设备在临床诊疗中的应用。

Objective:To explore the maintenance methods of DR.Methods:The New Oriental 1000MC DR equipment applied in our hospital was selected as the research object,and the problems needing attention in daily maintenance were analyzed.The first is to fully realize the importance of maintenance work,the second is to carry out daily circuit maintenance for DR equipment,the third is to carry out daily use maintenance for DR equipment,and the fourth is to carry out daily environmental maintenance for DR equipment.Observe the failure rate of DR equipment during use from June 2019 to June 2020.Results:A total of 1120 cases of DR equipment were used in our hospital,3 cases of failure occurred,and the failure rate was 0.27%.After fault analysis and treatment,the three faults were eliminated.Conclusion:DR equipment has high requirements for daily maintenance.In the process of using DR equipment,we should pay more attention to its maintenance and management,maintain it regularly,and operate in strict accordance with the specifications,so as to effectively reduce the failure rate and better play the application of DR equipment in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
