空间扭转曲面清水混凝土建筑支架体系设计与施工

Design and Construction of Scaffolding System for 3D Torsional As-cast-finish Concrete Structure

东平小镇未来展厅是第十届中国花博会的规划展览馆,为清水混凝土短肢剪力墙结构,其建筑造型独特,局部墙体空间扭转90°形成挑檐屋面和坡屋面。将复杂墙体分为落地直立段、曲面起弧段、曲面扭转段、近似平坡段4个组成部分。曲面起弧段采用800mm宽砖墙承受结构竖向力,曲面扭转段采用500mm×500mm钢管斜支撑承受结构水平力,并提出空间曲线的测量放线方法。

The main exhibition hall located in Dongping town of Shanghai is the planning exhibition hall of the 10 th China Flower Expo. It is a as-cast-finish concrete short-pier shear wall structure with unique architectural shape. Its several parts are designed as 90°-torsional wall to serve as overhanging eaves or pitched roofs. In this paper,the complex wall is divided into four parts,namely vertical part,curved surface arcing part,curved surface torsional part and flat roof part. A 800 mm-wide brick masonry wall is designed to bear the vertical force of the curved surface arcing part,and a series of 500 mm × 500 mm inclined steel pipes are designed to bear horizontal force of the curved surface torsional part. Besides,a new engineering surveying method is proposed.
