摘要
混凝土自锚式悬索桥通常采用“先梁后缆”施工,施工误差等因素对成桥线形的影响存在较多不确定性。基于有限元数值仿真分析,以一座双塔5跨混凝土自锚式悬索桥为工程背景,通过参数敏感性分析对影响桥梁成桥线形的主缆及主梁初始线形安装误差、吊杆张拉误差、主缆初始线形的上下游高差误差、加劲梁材料特性误差中的重度误差等施工误差对桥梁成桥线形的影响进行研究分析,并提出针对性的预改善控制措施,以达到线形控制的目标。
Usually the concrete self-anchored suspension bridge is constructed by the method of“first beam and then cable”,many uncertainties of construction error have great influence on the completed line shape of the bridge. Based on the finite element simulation analysis, this paper takes a concrete self-anchored suspension bridge with five spans as the engineering background. The parameters sensitivity of the factors affecting the line shape of the concrete self-anchored suspension bridge is analyzed,such as the initial linearity error of the main cable and main girder, the error of tension of the suspender, the error of height difference of the initial linearity of the main cable between upstream and downstream,and the error of bulk density,also some measures are given in this paper in order to achieve the goal of control the line shape of the bridge.
