摘要
以银犁农产品冷链物流中心项目二期冷库工程为背景,主要对现代超大型高层冷库保温与隔汽控制等进行研究,解决了国内首座现代超大型预应力冷库结构外保温性能维持问题,首创高效的保温隔汽层关键技术,形成了超大型冷库结构外保温体系成套设计、施工技术,并在工程实践中得以成功应用。该技术降低了冷库的能耗,节能率达到26.3%。
This paper takes the cold storage phase II project of Yinli Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Center as the background, and mainly studied on the insulation and vapor barrier control of modern ultra-large high-rise cold storage. It solves the problem of maintaining the structure external insulation performance of the first modern super-large pre-stressed cold storage in China by originating a key technology for an efficient insulation vapor barrier. With a complete set of design and construction technology for the structure external insulation system of super-large cold storage being established, this key technology is successfully applied in engineering practice. The technology reduces the energy consumption of the cold storage and an energy saving rate is achieved as high as 26.3%.
