以珠海铁建大厦项目为依托,为解决超高层建筑施工数据繁多、共享程度低、协同管理模式尚不完善等问题,结合Web平台与BIM技术构建BIM+Web协同平台,实现各部门不同专业间高效率的信息管理与交流。BIM模型管理模块实现模型网页端三维展示,项目前期管理模块实现项目文件云储存,合同管理模块实现合同文件的线上分类管理,施工进度管理模块实现施工进度云管理,投资控制管理模块实现项目投资有效控制。平台为超高层建筑施工管理提供更便捷、更高效的管理方式,大幅提高信息化水平。

Based on the Zhuhai Railway Building construction project,in order to solve the problems of numerous construction data of tall buildings,low sharing degree and imperfect collaborative management mode,BIM+Web collaborative platform is constructed by combining Web platform and BIM technology to achieve efficient information management and communication among different departments and majors BIM model management module realizes 3D display of Tekla model webpage,the pre-project management module realizes project file cloud storage,the contract management module realizes online classification management of contract documents,the construction progress management module realizes the cloud management of construction progress,the investment control management module realizes the effective control of project investment.The platform provides a more convenient and efficient management mode for the construction management of tall buildings,and greatly improves the information level.
