摘要
以云南某高层办公楼建筑项目为例,为解决传统粗放型发展模式的困难,将精益建造结合BIM协同应用,从复杂钢筋优化设计、脚手架方案模拟计算及模板优化设计等角度出发,介绍BIM技术在精益建造中的应用价值,并通过精益建造与BIM协同应用的经济效益分析,可知利用BIM软件进行管道综合布置和优化模板脚手架的经济效益可观。
Taking a tall office building project in Yunnan as an example,in order to solve the difficulties of the traditional extensive development mode,the collaborative application of lean construction and BIM is adopted.From the point of view of steel rebar optimization design,scaffolding scheme simulation calculationand formwork optimization design,this paper introduces technical advantages to improve the application value of lean construction.Through the economic benefit analysis,it can be seen that the use of BIM for comprehensive pipeline layout and optimization of formwork scaffolding has considerable economic benefit.
