Practical Research on IPD Concept in Large Theme Park Project

为研究集成项目交付(IPD模式)在我国的应用实践,结合国内外已有研究,从组织结构、合同体系、生命周期和技术支撑方面探讨IPD模式的主要特征,并指出其与传统交付模式的区别及在国内应用的限制。以北京某大型国际主题公园项目为例,探索论证在早期深度参与及各方共同决策、以正向BIM为技术支撑方面,利用IPD模式在国内建设项目中的实践,减少变更、大幅缩短工期效果,并提出相关思考。为确保IPD模式在我国的真正实施及实施质量,需增强各参与方的互相信任度与契约精神,积极从合约体系和技术层面营造该模式在我国实施的大环境。

To study the application practice of integrated project delivery(IPD mode)in China,the main characteristics of IPD mode,including organizational structure,contract system,life cycle and technical support,are investigated based on the existing researches at home and abroad.Besides,the differences between IPD mode and conventional delivery modes as well as the limitations of IPD application in China are also discussed.Then taking a large international theme park project in Beijing as an example,the practice of using IPD concept in domestic construction projects is explored and demonstrated from both deep participation and joint decision-making by all parties in early stages and using forward BIM as technical support.Such benefits as reduction of changes and great shortening of the construction duration have been achieved and some relevant considerations have been put forward.In order to ensure the real implementation and implementation quality of IPD model in China,it is necessary not only to enhance the mutual trust and contract spirit of all participants,but also to actively create a general environment for the implementation of the model in China from both the contract system and technical level.
