摘要
以河南省科技馆新馆东塔重型方钢套筒现浇独立柱框架结构为对象,研究重型方钢套筒在现浇结构柱中的施工问题。通过对方钢套筒节点进行设计优化,采用MIDAS Gen软件对重型方钢套筒高空拼装及胎架支撑施工进行建模与验算分析,得出方案可行性的理论依据。结合模型分析结果,利用BIM技术进行施工推演交底。相关研究成果的成功应用,弥补国内重型方钢套筒现浇独立柱施工技术研究的空白,相比传统施工技术,极大缩短工期,并大幅提高独立柱的整体施工质量。
This paper focused on the construction techniques used in Henan Science and Technology Museum.The structure of the museum is an independent cast-in-place column frame with heavy-duty square steel sleeves.By optimizing the joint design of the steel sleeve,MIDAS Gen was used to model and analyze the high-altitude assembly of the heavy-duty square steel sleeve and the construction of the tire supports for the theoretical basis of the scheme feasibility.Based on the analysis results,the construction simulations were displayed by using the BIM.The successful applications of the relevant research have filled the blank of the construction technology for the heavy-duty square steel sleeve cast-in-place independent column in our country.Comparing with the traditional construction technology,the overall construction quality of the independent column can be greatly improved with far less construction time.
