摘要
为研究压型钢板-混凝土组合桥面板的压型钢板与混凝土界面抗拉拔脱开承载力,通过压型钢板与混凝土组合构件竖直加载试验,设计连接面积和横向钢筋连接构造对照组,记录不同构件荷载-位移曲线和破坏形态。结果表明,连接界面抗拉拔脱开承载力与连接面积呈线性正相关,连接界面横向钢筋构造能显著提高连接界面抗拉拔脱开承载力并增加构件延性。施工过程中宜在压型钢板上焊接横向钢筋,以提升连接界面抗拉拔脱开承载力。
As for the anti-pulling-out bearing capacity of the profiled steel sheeting and concrete composite bridge deck of the profiled steel sheeting-concrete combination bridge panel,a vertical loading test of the profiled steel sheeting and concrete composite component is designed.The connection area and transverse reinforced connection structure control groups were designed,respectively,to record the different component load-displacement curves and destruction patterns.The experimental results show that the anti-pulling-out bearing capacity of the connection interface is positively correlated with the linear connection area,and the arrangement of transverse reinforcement at the connection interface can significantly improve the anti-pulling-out bearing capacity of the section and increase the ductility of the members.During the construction process,it is advisable to weld transverse reinforcement on the profiled steel sheeting to improve the anti-pulling-out bearing capacity of the connection interface.
