摘要 为解决预制梁运输架设难题,结合成都地铁轨道交通10号线高架段施工实例,采用梁上运梁方式,使单线梁地板暂变双线,待运梁车与架桥机完成运梁、架梁工作后,采用同步顶升技术并安装组合式轨道进行横向推移,将梁体进行高位多向平移至设计原位。介绍了梁体横纵向位移控制关键技术,通过应用该技术,缩短施工工期、减小施工占用空间、降低施工成本。 In order to solve the problems of transportation and erection of prefabricated beams,combined with the elevated section of Chengdu Metro Rail Transit line No.10,this project adopts the beam-up beam method to temporarily change the single-line beam floor to double-line,and when the girder carrier and bridge erector finish the girder transport and erection work,synchronous jacking technology is adopted and a combined rail is installed for lateral pushing of the girder,and the girder body is shifted to the original design position by high position multi-directional translation.This paper proposes a key technology for horizontal and vertical displacement control of the girder,which shortens the construction period,reduces the construction occupation space,and saves the construction cost.
