摘要
通过对西安生态园林酒店圆桌会议中心钢结构大板梁施工经验进行总结,得到影响大板梁安装质量的主要因素。通过分析现场实测数据,总结分段拼装控制起拱值的方法,利用吊装吊点控制大板梁吊装变形,在拼装和安装阶段综合考虑环境温度变化对大板梁的变形影响后,优化高强螺栓群节点为栓焊节点,保证安装精度、质量,及结构安全,且提前竣工。
Through the summary of the construction experience of large plate beam of steel structure in the roundtable conference center of Xi’an Ecological Garden Hotel,the main factors affecting the installation quality of the beam are obtained.Based on the analysis of the field measured data,this paper summarizes the method of controlling the arching value by sectional assembly,and uses the lifting point to control the lifting deformation of the large plate beam.In the assembly and installation stage,after considering the influence of the environmental temperature change on the deformation of the large plate beam,the high-strength bolt group node is optimized as the bolt welding node,so as to ensure the installation accuracy,quality,and structural safety,and the construction is completed ahead of schedule.
